Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Nummerly and to every distance agreement concluded between Nummerly and the consumer.

Before the agreement is concluded, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Nummerly will indicate where the Terms & Conditions can be accessed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions may be made available electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.

If additional product- or service-specific terms apply, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall prevail in case of conflict.

Article 3 – The Offer

If an offer is subject to a limited duration or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

Each offer includes a clear and accurate description of the products offered. Images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations or typographical errors do not bind Nummerly.

Each offer clearly states the rights and obligations associated with acceptance.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, Nummerly will confirm receipt of the order electronically without undue delay.

Nummerly may, within legal limits, assess whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations and may refuse an order or impose conditions if justified.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating any reason.

The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer or a designated third party receives the product.

For multiple shipments, the cooling-off period begins upon receipt of the final item.

For services or digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the cooling-off period begins on the day the agreement is concluded.

If Nummerly fails to provide legally required withdrawal information, the cooling-off period will be extended in accordance with applicable law.

Article 6 – Consumer Obligations During the Cooling-Off Period

The consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and only use the product as necessary to assess its nature and functionality.

The consumer is liable for depreciation resulting from use beyond what is permitted.

Article 7 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Nummerly within the cooling-off period using the withdrawal form or a clear written statement.

Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification, including all accessories and in original condition where reasonably possible.

The consumer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Article 8 – Obligations of Nummerly in Case of Withdrawal

Nummerly will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Article 9 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  • Products manufactured according to consumer specifications

  • Products inseparably mixed with other goods

  • Digital content delivered with consumer consent

Article 10 – Prices

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes unless specified.

Nummerly reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In such cases, the consumer is not obligated to complete the purchase.

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the consumer’s responsibility.

Article 11 – Compliance & Warranty

Nummerly guarantees that products conform to the agreement and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

Any additional warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Article 12 – Delivery & Execution

Orders are processed with care and shipped to the address provided by the consumer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays do not automatically entitle the consumer to compensation.

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 13 – Duration Transactions

Ongoing agreements may be terminated by the consumer at any time with a notice period not exceeding one month.

Automatic renewals will not occur without clear consumer consent.

Article 14 – Payment
