Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item, or if your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The product must be a standard (non-customized) item
⚠️ Custom-made or personalized house numbers are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Important Return Shipping Information
Please note that all approved returns must be shipped to our international return facility in China.

Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed

Return shipping fees can be significantly higher than domestic shipping and may range between $20–$30 USD or more, depending on your location and carrier

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Items showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
How to Request a Return
Step 1 – Request Approval
To request a return, contact us via email or the contact form and include:

The reason for the return
Once approved, you will receive a return form and detailed return instructions.
Step 2 – Send Your Return

Complete the return form

Pack the item securely to prevent damage

Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of the package

Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping service
📦 You are responsible for the return shipment until it safely reaches our facility.
Step 3 – Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days, provided all conditions are met.
