Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support team.

Not Home During Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may:

Attempt a second delivery, or

Leave the package at a nearby pickup location or safe place
Please note that delivery decisions are made by the carrier and are outside of our direct control.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to:

An incorrect address

Refusal of the package

Failure to collect the package from a pickup location
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order cut-off time.
