Once production has started on personalized items, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Each piece is crafted individually to ensure a premium finish and a unique result for your home.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

Please carefully review all personalization details (numbers, layout, size, style) before completing your order.
Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
